In 2012 I hired Justin to design my new residence. I had very clear ideas about what I wanted to the home to feel like and what lifestyle I could lead there. I had been thinking about what type of home I wanted to live in for several years and it was important that the design could tick all the boxes. Working with Justin was a pleasure, he clearly understood and interpreted the brief. Justin was able to deliver a design that exceeded my expectations. Importantly, Justin has continued to deliver service as needed after the design work was completed without hesitation.

We built through Distinctive Homes and they recommended that we use Justin as our architect. On our first meeting we had composed a one page brief of our requirements and by our second meeting he had drafted up some sketches and plans which had completely nailed the brief. We were amazed by how he was able to incorporate all our requirements and also the look of the house given our relatively modest budget. Justin also submitted the plans to council and ensured all set backs and council regulations were met. He replied to the council's queries and accordingly the plans were approved within three weeks. Now we are living in the house we love the feel, look, flow and design. Justin comes highly recommended!

Being builders of luxury homes for over 20 years and employing an in house designer architect over this time found ourselves in need of a designer for our own home. We knew of Justin's company and after one meeting engaged him to design our home. From our first contact the process was easy and re assuring as previously we had unrestricted access to our company Architect at will. We did a brief as to room content, sizes, outdoor areas, furniture, budget, materials, energy use, style, theme, elevation and were wanting a nice palm springs single storey home and prepared but did not want a two storey home. Justin nailed the brief over a few meetings and a couple of months and delivered a fantastic single storey design that also met our budget. Council planning was a breeze as the documentation prepared for submission passed with out any objections so transition to building licence easy. Construction will present many challenges for us as the design has some unique materials and building techniques to embrace and implement. We are now in construction and expect to be completed mid 2017 and cannot wait to live our dream in a home designed in collaboration with Justin.
